Deep cleaning is priced by condition. Two facilities of the same size can need very different amounts of work depending on age, finishes, traffic, and how long it's been since the last reset — so this is quoted after we've seen the space rather than from a rate card.
Deep cleans are commonly scheduled quarterly or annually alongside a recurring janitorial program, or as a one-off before a lease event, inspection, or busy season.
Specialty work such as floor stripping and refinishing or carpet extraction is covered under floor care and quoted separately.
