What is included in commercial cleaning?
A commercial cleaning program is built around your building rather than a fixed package. Most scopes cover
trash removal, restroom cleaning and restocking, vacuuming and hard-floor care, dusting, wiping and
disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and break room or kitchen areas. During your walkthrough we document
exactly which tasks happen at which frequency so you and your crew are working from the same checklist.
How often should our offices be cleaned?
It depends on how many people use the space and how much foot traffic it sees. Busy offices and
client-facing spaces are often cleaned nightly, while smaller or lower-traffic facilities do well on a
two or three day per week schedule. We can also combine a lighter recurring visit with periodic deep
cleaning and floor care. Tell us how your space is used and we'll recommend a frequency.
Do you clean outside of business hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial work happens after hours, before opening, or overnight so cleaning never
interrupts your operations. Day porter service is the exception — that's on-site support during the
business day.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry commercial liability coverage and can provide a certificate of insurance for your records
or for your property manager before service begins.
How is a commercial cleaning quote calculated?
Pricing comes down to the size of the space, the condition it's in, how often you want service, and which
tasks are in scope. Specialty work such as floor stripping and waxing, carpet extraction, or
post-construction detail is quoted separately. We provide a written quote after the walkthrough so there
are no surprises on the invoice.
What if something isn't cleaned to our standard?
Call or email us and we'll make it right. You have one point of contact who knows your building, and we
inspect our own work rather than waiting for you to catch a problem.
Do we need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
No. We arrive with our own supplies and equipment. If your facility requires specific products or
procedures — common in medical and food-related environments — we'll work to your requirements.
